Dana Oakes, BA, RRT, NPS Mr. Oakes is currently an Educational Consultant and was formerly Director of Respiratory Care, VA Medical Center, Washington, D.C.; Educational Coordinator/Instructor, Respiratory Care Department, Children's Hospital National Medical Center, Washington, D.C.; and Director of Clinical Education, Respiratory Care Program, Columbia Union College, Takoma Park, MD.
